Master Plan
Approved and integrated into the comprehensive land use plan for the City of Manhattan in 2000, the Grand Mere Master Plan includes many different housing types, all with a high level of design quality. Kansas State University's Colbert Hills Golf Course is interwoven throughout the development. The golf course, plus the planned open space areas within the development give Grand Mere residents the feeling of living in a park.
